Two promises in writing
- Free fixes for 30 days. Report a defect within 30 days of launch, and I fix it free.
- Ending early is billed by the hour. You pay $50 per hour for work done, never more than the quote. Your deposit counts toward that, and I refund any part not used within 10 business days.

How payment works
The call and the quote are free. You pay half when you approve the quote and half at launch.

You get a written quote with the scope, timeline and price. Nothing is due yet.

50% deposit
Pay half the quote with the secure link. Your start date is set once it clears.

At launch
50% balance
The balance is invoiced at launch and due within 14 days. Care plans are billed monthly.

Card and bank payments use Stripe's secure checkout, so I never see your full card or account number. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear on devices set up for them.
Need a purchase order? Tell me before you sign, and its number goes on every invoice. A W-9 is available on request.
Paying a quote or invoice?
Your secure payment link comes with your signed quote and every invoice.
Use the button below. Enter the amount due and your quote or invoice number. Stripe emails you a receipt.

Quotes
What sets the price of a quote
Prices on this page are starting points. Your written quote sets the final price, and it is good for 30 days.
- How many screens. A Starter Dashboard has up to 6 charts and key numbers, a Custom App up to 8 screens, and a Full Platform 15 or more.
- Your data. How many sources it comes from, and how much cleanup it needs.
- Who uses it. Separate views for different roles, such as coaches and staff, take more work than one shared view.
- Rounds of changes. Each package lists its rounds. More rounds are billed by the hour or quoted as a change.
- Changes after you sign. Anything not in the quote is a change, and I quote it before any work on it starts.
- Support after launch. Defects you report within 30 days of launch are fixed free. After that, updates are a care plan or hourly work.
