Custom apps, dashboards and analytics

Apps and dashboards built from the data you already keep.

I build custom web apps, dashboards and reports for athletics programs, schools and small businesses. You keep collecting data the way you do now. I turn it into clear screens your whole team can open on a phone or a laptop.

Based in Indianapolis. Working in person around central Indiana or by video call.

    Services

    What Kelley Connect builds

Six kinds of work, each one shaped around the way your team already operates.

    Custom web apps

Apps built around how your team already works. They run in any phone or laptop browser, so there is nothing to install.

    Dashboards

Your key numbers on one screen, updated from the spreadsheets you already keep.

    Reports

One-page reports for a coach, a board or a client, ready to print or send.

    Data analysis

Clean data, clear answers and plain-language write-ups that show the evidence behind every number.

    Sports analytics

Game-day reports, tendencies and season summaries built from your own charting.

    Automation and training

Scripts that take repetitive spreadsheet work off your plate, plus hands-on Python and data workshops.

    Examples

Examples of what I can build

    Process

    How a project runs

    1. Intro call

Book a 15-minute call below, or call or text. Tell me what you track now and what you wish you could see.

    2. Plan and quote

You get a written plan that covers what the app does, when it will be ready and what it costs. Work starts once you sign it and the deposit clears.

    3. Build and check in

You try it on your phone early and often. Each round of changes is built into the price.

    4. Launch and support

You get a short how-to guide at launch. A care plan keeps the app current after that.

    Payment

    How payment works

The intro call and the written quote are free. You pay a deposit only after you approve the quote, and the balance when your project launches.

    1. Before any work

      Free call and quote

We talk through what you need, and you get a written quote with the scope, timeline and price. Nothing is due at this stage.

    2. When you sign

      50% deposit

I send a secure link to pay half the quoted price. Your start date is set once the deposit clears. If a project ends early, the Terms of Service explain how the deposit is applied.

    3. At launch

      50% balance

The balance is invoiced when your project goes live and is due within 14 days. Care plans are billed monthly.

    Ways to pay

    • Credit or debit card
    • US bank account
    • Apple Pay
    • Google Pay
    • Check

Card and bank payments run through Stripe's secure checkout, so I never see or store your full card or bank account number. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear at checkout on devices set up for them.

If your organization requires a purchase order, tell me before you sign, and its number goes on every invoice. A W-9 is available on request.

    Paying a quote or invoice?

Your secure payment link comes with your signed quote and with every invoice.

Payment details never change by email. If a message says they have, call or text (317) 316-9610 before you pay.

    FAQ

    Common questions

Do we have to change how we track things?

No. Most projects start from a Google Sheet, an Excel file or a CSV export your team already keeps.

Will it work on our phones?

Yes. Every build runs in a phone or laptop browser, so there is nothing to install.

    How is our data handled?

Your data is used only for your project. It is never sold, and it is never shared beyond the services named in the Privacy Policy or ones you approve. For sensitive data, we agree on where it is stored and who can open it before the build starts. Schools and teams can read the full student and athlete data rules.

How long does a project take?

Most projects take 1 to 8 weeks, depending on the package. Your written quote includes a timeline.

    How does payment work?

The intro call and the quote are free. Projects are billed 50% when you sign the quote and 50% at launch, by card, bank account or check. Care plans are billed monthly. The payment section has the details.

    What happens after launch?

You get a short how-to guide. A care plan covers updates and fixes, or changes can be billed hourly.
