In short
- I add no cookies, analytics, ads or tracking pixels to this site.
- The booking tool sends nothing by itself. It writes a message that you choose to text or email.
- What you send is used only to reply to you and to do your project.
- Your information is never sold, rented or traded.
- Online payments go through Stripe, and I never see your full card or bank account number.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you.
1What I receive
I only receive what you choose to send me.
- Texts and calls to (317) 316-9610: your phone number, your message and the time it arrived.
- Email to kconnect95@outlook.com: your email address, your message and any attachments.
- Client work: contact details for the people I work with, billing details for your organization, and the project data you share. Project data also follows your written quote and the Student and Athlete Data rules.
- Payments: if you pay online, Stripe collects your payment details on its own secure page. I receive the amount, your quote or invoice number and the contact or billing details you enter. Depending on how you pay, I may also see limited details, such as the card brand and last four digits, or the bank name, routing number and last four digits. I never receive your full card or bank account number.
2What this website collects
This website does not collect personal information by itself. The booking tool runs only in your browser and builds a message from your answers. Nothing reaches me unless you send that message from your own phone or email app.
I do not add cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels to these pages. Because I do not track visitors, the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
The pages, fonts and images all come from this site itself, and one outside service delivers them.
- Hosting. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare may record technical details such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect the site from attacks, and it may set a strictly necessary security cookie if a visitor has to pass a bot check. Cloudflare handles that information under its privacy policy.
3How I use information
I use your information for the reasons you shared it, and for nothing else.
- To reply to you, schedule calls and send quotes.
- To plan, build and support your project.
- To send invoices, take payments and keep the business and tax records the law requires.
- To keep my accounts and your project secure.
I do not use your information for advertising, and I never sell, rent or trade it. I only text or email people who contacted me first or asked to hear from me, and I stop when you ask.
4Services that handle it
I run the business on a few standard services, and each one handles information under its own privacy policy.
Student and athlete records are not part of that email help unless the organization that owns them approves it. I share information beyond these services only when you ask me to, or when the law requires it.
5How long I keep it
I keep information only as long as I need it to work with you. I keep it longer only when tax or other laws require a record.
Project data follows the return or delete rules in your quote and on the Student and Athlete Data page.
6Your choices
You can ask what information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Text (317) 316-9610 or email kconnect95@outlook.com, and I will respond within 30 days.
If the law requires me to keep a record, such as a paid invoice, I will tell you what I kept and why. A request about records that a school or team shared with me goes to that organization, because it controls those records.
7Children's privacy
This site is for the adults who run programs, schools and businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children through it.
If you believe a child has sent me personal information, contact me and I will delete it. Student and athlete records that an organization shares for a project follow the Student and Athlete Data rules.
8Security
I use reasonable safeguards to protect the information I hold, and access on my side is limited to me. No way of sending or storing information is completely secure, so I cannot promise perfect security.
If I learn of a breach that affects your information, I will tell you promptly.
9Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. The current version is always on this page.
